Tamora users may request deletion of personal data associated with their account by contacting our customer care team. We review each request to verify account ownership, protect user security, and meet any order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal obligations that may apply.
How to request data deletion
- Email us at contact@tamorabeauty.com from the email address linked to your Tamora account.
- Use the subject line "Tamora data deletion request".
- Include your name and account email address so we can locate the correct account.
What happens after we receive your request
We may ask for additional information if we need to verify that the request was made by the account owner or an authorized person. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data where reasonably possible and close the account if requested.
Information we may need to keep
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where required for order fulfillment, refunds, payment disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, or compliance purposes. When retention is required, we restrict use of the retained data to those necessary purposes.
